Citi Tower Orlando is Central Florida’s newest luxury mixed-use apartment tower. When finished the building will soar 25 stories above the city and feature 233 studios, one, two and 3 bedroom apartments. Located next to Lake Eola Park, the tower will feature amenities such as a rooftop pool, concierge services, as well as a club and lounge area. Once finished in mid Summer 2017, Citi Tower will be Orlando’s eighth tallest building.

The 494,000-square-foot complex has 233 units, a 345-space integrated parking structure, and about 9,000 square feet of retail space. The tower will also be within walking distance to Publix as well a restaurants and shopping.

The project is being developed by East SDG CitiTower, LLC, and the designer is Baker Barrios Architects. The leasing and property management company is Epoch Residential.
