#1 – We have gorgeous luxury apartments in Orlando.

​We don’t have any rental houses or condos – they’re all “Private Owner” and that is not something we generally deal with and/or recommend.  However, if you are interested in purchasing a condo or a house, we can assist with your new home search.

#2 – Income must be 3-times the rent. Unless you want to qualify based on your savings – which means you generally need to have a lot of money saved up – we can discuss that.

#3 – We have a pretty wide range of apartments, but we tend to focus on more upscale or luxury apartments in Orlando.
1-BR $1,000 – $1,550
2-BR $1,200 – $2,050
3-BR $1,450 – $2,500

#4 – We have no subsidized, section 8, or low-income options currently available, but if that’s what you need, give us a call and we can point you in the right direction.

#5 – ALL of our places accept pets – most even accept big dogs. Some accept Pit Bulls etc.

#6 – With few exceptions, ALL have washer & dryer included.

#7 – With few exceptions, NONE include utilities.

#8 – Any cash-back or other incentives require certain rules – like immediate notification of referral source (us) when you first make contact with the apartment community. Ask us to clarify anything that you wish to know (there’s not much, really)- we’ll even happily put it in writing if that’s your thing.

#9 – Be prepared to meet with us before we start your search – unless you’re not local. Meeting, if you’re local, is a really helpful part of the search process.

#10 – We are serious about getting you a great place, and we act fast on your behalf. If you’re not 100% serious, ready to act, and act quickly, that’s cool, call us when you are.
