Relocating to Orlando- Unique places to explore

Altamonte Springs– Cranes Roost Park is the center piece to this family oriented community.  Uptown Altamonte offers residents and visitors dinning and shopping as well as the opportunity for relaxation and entertainment.  Altamonte Springs is approximately 12 miles from Downtown Orlando.

Mills Park/Mills 50– This area recently underwent a massive revitalization.  This area features trendy restaurants such as Fire Birds, The Brass Tap, 10 Ten Brewing Company.  Mills Park is approximately 3 miles from Downtown Orlando.  It is also close to Florida Hospital Main Campus.

Baldwin Park– Master-planned community centered on Lake Baldwin.  Downtown Baldwin Park Area- features several restaurants and shops.  Baldwin Park is approximately 5 miles east of Downtown Orlando.

Ivanhoe Village– Ivanhoe Village is known for its galleries, boutiques, restaurants and beautiful green spaces.  Ivanhoe Village is approximately 2 miles north of Downtown Orlando.

Thornton Park/Lake Eola– Craftsman style bungalows, just minutes from Lake Eola and Downtown Orlando.  Thornton Park is approximately 1 mile north east of Downtown Orlando.

Winter Park– This is one of Orlando’s most desirable suburbs.  Stroll Park Avenue taking in the tree covered streets lined with boutique shopping and some of the areas hottest restaurants.  Winter Park is approximately 6 miles north east of Downtown Orlando

College Park– Quaint Area where bungalow styled homes line the streets named after some of the country’s top colleges (Princeton, Harvard, Yale, Vassar).  College Park offers a variety of shops and restaurants and is approximately 4 miles north west of Downtown Orlando.
